Eligibility for Refund
Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel your order before we commence work, you are eligible for a full refund minus any transaction fees.
Deliverable Concerns: If you believe the delivered work does not conform to the agreed brief, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and offer revisions free of charge. If, after revisions, you are still dissatisfied, we may at our discretion provide a partial refund reflecting the work remaining uncompleted.
Non Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available once a project has been substantially completed and approved by you.
Refunds are not available for minor style preferences or changes of mind after work has begun.
